Indraprastha college of Education was estd. in year 2015 ,and it is affiliated with Mahatma Joytiba Phule Rohilkhand University (Bareilly). it is located at N.H 24,Delhi-Moradabad Natonal Highway , Village:-Shahbazpur Kalan .IPEX Educational Society (Regd.) is incorporated in the year 2009 as a non profit organization with the help of a group of dedicated, generous and enterprising persons to commence an ambitious programme in the field of education. As a bold venture to serve the society through a non-government system, the Society has given birth to Indraprastha college of Education (IPCE).
